		Buyers Switching Financing from FHA to Conventional
		Buyers using FHA financing, who switch to conventional financing during or after stabilization work is completed, will need to reimburse HUD for the cost of stabilization. The buyer would need to reimburse HUD for the cost of the stabilization only and would not be charged for the LBP inspections. HUD will pay for the LBP inspections performed.
