| | In accordance with section 8.2 of your listing agreement, Ofori will now require bi-weekly property inspections for all properties in your inventory. The effective date for this requirement is 9/26/11.
The inspections are designed to help Ofori ensure the properties are being maintained by the FSM's as well as to identify Vandalism, Hazards, and other important changes in property conditions, such as Natural Disasters as soon as possible. The inspections should include recommendations for marketing
the property and each inspection should be accompanied by interior and exterior photos.
Work assignments will be issued on 9/26/11. |
