Effective October 18, 2011, All purchasers must close on or before the number of days of contract acceptance date as follows:

Areas 1A and 2A:

  • 45 days for Owner-Occupants and Investors
Areas 2P and 3P:

  • 45 days for Owner-Occupants
  • 30 days for Investors
